HInkle Creek celebrates the life of Peyton Medlin
The Hinkle Creek community is mourning the loss and celebrating the life of a kindergartner, 6-year-old Peyton Medlin, who fought a life-long battle with Mitochondrial Disease. Peyton passed early Sunday morning, May 12. In the words of her parents, Adam and Julie Medlin, she was granted her beautiful angel wings that morning.

School board to consider change in before/after school child care service

A recommendation to change the before school and after school child care service from AYS to the YMCA will be presented to the school board on Tuesday, May 21. At this time, the change in service is only a recommendation. The school board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, in the Large Group Instruction Room at Noblesville West Middle School.

Four schools receive Four Star School award
Hazel Dell Elementary School, Hinkle Creek Elementary School, Noblesville East Middle School, and Noblesville High School have been named Four Star Schools by the Indiana Department of Education.

Elementary school staffs to compete in volleyball tournament
Noblesville’s elementary schools are serving up a new tradition – a staff volleyball tournament to benefit charities. The first event will take place from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, in the gym at Noblesville East Middle School, 300 N. 17th Street.
